LANGUAGES ARE IMPORTANT - EVERY CHILD KNOWS THAT...!

However, learning a language is not always a piece of cake. That's something else many children come to realize sooner or later. For many students, languages are the most difficult subjects at school.

We have therefore set ourselves the goal of making it easier for students to learn the English. And since we are convinced that learning a language properly is only possible if students are motivated, we are always trying to combine the learning process with fun and enjoyment.

Our many years of experience have shown that students who like coming to their tutoring lessons will learn more in the long run - and consequently, they will be better motivated for school.

THE TEACHER

Private lessons are usually taught by Mag. Bernhard Zöttl (Bernie), who has been teaching English to teenagers for more than 15 years. He has taught at Schülerhilfe Innsbruck, at VHS Innsbruck for the "Innsbrucker Ferienzug" summer school programme, and at the International Teen Summer Camps of ICTQ Malta and GV Malta.

OUR PROMISES - AND OUR EXPECTATIONS

There are many reasons why students might feel uncertain about a subject at school; a lack of basic knowledge, a change of teachers, absence due to illness, insufficient explanations at school, etc. Whatever the reason, uncertainty usually results in stress, demotivation and often bad grades.

Our goal is to help our students clear their uncertainties, close knowledge gaps and discover how much fun there is in the English language.

To achieve that, we will teach the basic rules of grammar and style, look at different sorts of texts and practice reading, writing and listening skills. In our position as language experts, we will try to clear any questions or doubts and motivate your child to learn English with fun and enthusiasm.

In return, we expect your child to actively participate in the learning process by asking questions, always taking all their school books and notes to our lessons and showing interest.

We promise to do our best to introduce your child to the exciting world of the English language. However, we cannot perform miracles - especially if children are sent to our lessons only a very short time before an exam, and we certainly cannot promise that your child will write good grades if there is no co-operation and willingness to learn.
